We collect minimal data necessary to facilitate the connection between you and your partner. This includes your User ID (generated anonymously), your current mood status, and device signals you choose to share (Battery level, Focus Mode status).
2. Data Usage
The information collected is used solely for:
- Synchronizing your status with your linked partner.
- Sending push notifications for mood updates.
- Improving app stability and performance.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.
Data Control
You have full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our servers, you may do so at any time. This action is irreversible.

2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the MoodMate application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

You agree not to use the app to harass, abuse, or harm another person. MoodMate is built for positive connection between couples.

The materials on MoodMate are provided 'as is'. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties.

Common Questions
On the Pairing Screen, one person creates a code and the other enters it. It is that simple.
To save battery, we update the status every 20 minutes automatically.
